In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, a commercial electronic message refers to data, voice, and image content messages sent through means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services conducted in electronic media and sent for commercial purposes.
You can revoke the consent you have provided for commercial electronic messages that will be sent to you as a user in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages ("Communique") and through the communication channels specified in the Personal Data Protection Information Text. Additionally, commercial electronic messages can be revoked by the User through the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("Ticari Elektronik İleti Yönetim Sistemi") without specifying any reason, subject to the availability of the system.
In terms of commercial electronic messages sent to the addresses provided by traders or artisans, their consent is not required. However, these Users may still utilize the aforementioned methods to withdraw their consent under the Regulation if they so choose.
In accordance with what has been stated above, I hereby acknowledge that I can retract the consent I have given for this Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text through the means specified in Voltla's information text, as part of its information obligation. I affirm that I have consented to this text separately from the documents prepared regarding the protection of personal data. I am also aware that my consent for commercial electronic messages is not a mandatory requirement for Voltla membership. With full understanding, I hereby accept, declare, and commit to these terms.
I grant permission for Voltla to process, in compliance with relevant laws, my phone number and email address for the purposes of disseminating information about various products/services and opportunities covered by Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, tracking requests/complaints, as well as for promotional, advertising, sales, and marketing activities. I acknowledge that this processing may involve sending commercial electronic messages via email or SMS or making phone calls. Furthermore, I consent to the transfer of this information to Voltla's business partners, authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations for the same purposes.
